New York, NY, October 16, 2026 —
Several new titles have arrived on Video on Demand (VOD) this week, including Practical Magic 2, Buddy and Runner, which stars Alan Ritchson.
The release information identifies the three films as part of this week’s VOD offerings. It does not provide specific release dates, the services carrying the titles or details about regional availability. It also does not include plot descriptions, other cast members, or information about whether the films are available to rent, purchase or through a subscription.
Runner is the only title in the announcement accompanied by a performer’s name: Alan Ritchson is identified as its star. No cast or production details are supplied for Practical Magic 2 or Buddy. The information does not give further context about the films, such as their genres, directors or relationship to earlier works.
The announcement does not specify which VOD platforms are included or provide pricing. As a result, the reported release details are limited to the titles and the timing described: the films have been released on VOD this week. No additional distribution or viewing information was provided.
The three titles form the available list of new VOD releases in the summary, which describes them as examples rather than stating that the list is complete. Further details about availability and the films themselves were not included.
