Founder Dr. Maxim Godko says the expansion is about more than opening another dental office. It is an effort to rethink many of the reasons people have traditionally feared or avoided the dentist.

“We started by asking why people are afraid of the dentist,” Godko said. “We looked at the smells, sounds, fear of pain and the traditional clinical environment, and then asked how we could change the experience.”

Rethinking the Traditional Dental Visit

Deluxe combines advanced dental technology with a gentler, more comfortable environment designed to feel closer to modern hospitality and a spa than a traditional dental office.

For patients whose anxiety goes beyond the environment itself, Deluxe also offers oral and IV sedation dentistry. The practice is one of the few in the area certified to provide both oral and IV sedation, giving anxious patients and those undergoing more complex procedures additional options for receiving necessary care comfortably.

“Some patients have avoided the dentist for years because of fear,” Godko said. “Being able to offer different levels of sedation helps us meet patients where they are and make treatment feel more manageable.”

Deluxe also emphasizes prevention and preservation of natural tooth structure whenever clinically appropriate.

When early tooth decay is identified soon enough, modern remineralization treatments may sometimes help arrest or reverse early mineral loss before traditional drilling and filling become necessary.

“The best dentistry isn’t necessarily doing the most dentistry,” Godko said. “If technology helps us identify something early enough that natural tooth structure can be preserved, that can be a better experience for the patient.”

Lawrenceville Became the Proof of Concept

The concept was developed at Deluxe’s Lawrenceville practice, where growing patient demand and a consistently full schedule helped convince the team that patients were looking for a different kind of dental experience.

“When Lawrenceville became booked solid, that was our proof,” Godko said. “Patients showed us they wanted advanced dentistry, but they also wanted to be treated gently, understand their options and feel comfortable. One of the best things we hear is, ‘I actually enjoy coming to the dentist.’”

That response became a driving force behind the expansion to Montgomery.

From Regenerative Dentistry to Natural Facial Aesthetic

Deluxe is also extending principles used in regenerative dentistry into facial esthetics and natural facial rejuvenation.

The practice uses Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), derived from a patient’s own blood, in dental procedures to support the body’s natural healing processes. Deluxe Esthetics applies a similar regenerative philosophy to facial treatments, including PRF-based rejuvenation and microneedling.

“We’ve been working with the body’s natural healing abilities in dentistry for years,” Godko said. “Extending those regenerative principles into facial rejuvenation was a natural evolution.
