WHOOP Makes Advanced Labs Available Without a Wearable Membership
WHOOP Advanced Labs combines comprehensive blood testing, clinician-reviewed results, AI-powered insights, and personalized recommendations to give people a deeper understanding of their health. Through comprehensive and specialized blood panels powered by Quest, WHOOP Advanced Labs delivers insights across cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory health. Tests are reviewed and ordered by a licensed healthcare provider. Additionally, every report is reviewed by a licensed clinician and accompanied by clear, actionable guidance.
People are using WHOOP Advanced Labs to uncover health risks they didn’t know they had. Launched in 2025, Advanced Labs gives members deeper insight into their health through advanced blood testing. After using the service, eight in 10 users report discovering a meaningful health finding, and more than half receive results that may warrant follow-up with a healthcare provider. Findings have included elevated cardiovascular risk, insulin resistance, prediabetes or diabetes, elevated lipoprotein(a), and hormone-related conditions.
Testing through WHOOP Advanced Labs starts at approximately $150, compared with more than $3,000 for similar comprehensive assessments through traditional healthcare settings.
“A deeper, earlier understanding of our health gives us a greater ability to shape what comes next,” said Dr. Ami Bhatt, Chief Medical Officer at WHOOP. “WHOOP Advanced Labs gives people access to comprehensive, clinically reviewed testing that often isn’t part of a routine physical and historically has been available through concierge medicine, executive physicals, or specialty clinics. By making that level of testing more accessible, we’re helping more people better understand their health and make earlier, more informed decisions.”
As part of this expansion, WHOOP is adding Galleri®, GRAIL’s multi-cancer early detection test, to the WHOOP Advanced Labs portfolio. Available through a single blood draw at nearly 2,000 Quest locations within the U.S., the Galleri test is designed to detect cancer signals associated with more than 50 types of cancer. GRAIL performs the Galleri test at its laboratory in North Carolina.
The Galleri test results will be delivered within the WHOOP app alongside other health insights, with educational resources available to help individuals understand their results and determine clinician-directed appropriate next steps.
“We’re excited to work with WHOOP to bring Galleri to a community already highly engaged in understanding, monitoring and improving their health,” said Megan Hall, PhD, Vice President of Medical Affairs at GRAIL. “By making multi-cancer early detection available through trusted platforms that are part of people’s everyday health journeys, we can help more people take a proactive step toward finding cancer earlier, when treatment may be more effective.”
Together, the expansion of WHOOP Advanced Labs and the addition of the Galleri test give more people access to advanced health insights that can help them better understand their health and take action sooner.
