One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“One Rock”), a value-oriented, operationally focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Ross Bushnell to its team of Operating Partners. Mr. Bushnell will be responsible for driving post-acquisition value at One Rock’s portfolio companies through strategic growth initiatives focused on the chemicals and process industries.

Mr. Bushnell joins One Rock with over 30 years of experience leading domestic and international manufacturing, packaging and paper businesses through operational improvement, strategic restructuring and value-creating transactions. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Pixelle Specialty Solutions, where he led the specialty paper manufacturer through a strategic restructuring that included operational improvements, debt restructuring, portfolio optimization and asset divestitures. Prior to Pixelle, Mr. Bushnell served as President and CEO of Scholle IPN Corporation, a liquid food packaging business, where he led the business through a period of sustained revenue and EBITDA growth and its subsequent sale to Swiss-based SIG. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at Sonoco Products, Mondi, Graham Partners, Silgan Plastics and Monsanto Company, building broad experience in general management, commercial strategy and operational improvement.
