HARTFORD, Conn., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Orthopedic Associates Surgery Center (OASC), the physician-owned ambulatory surgery center of Orthopedic Associates of Hartford (OAH), has been named to Newsweek’s America’s Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers 2027 list, recognizing OASC’s commitment to clinical quality, patient safety and exceptional patient care.

OASC is one of six ambulatory surgery centers in Connecticut recognized by Newsweek. Nationwide, 750 ambulatory surgery centers were recognized, including 61 centers with orthopedics identified as a standout specialty.

OASC was developed in 2004 by Orthopedic Associates of Hartford and Constitution Surgery Alliance (CSA), a leading developer and operator of outpatient surgery centers, as the region’s first physician-owned orthopedic surgery center.
