Talica today announced the acquisition of Pure Clean Systems, a leading provider of high-purity cleaning, passivation, derouging, bioburden remediation, and electropolishing services.

Pure Clean specializes in:

• Passivation and derouging of stainless steel high-purity systems and equipment

• Field services supporting biotech, pharma, data center, and other highly regulated facilities, including high-velocity flushing of liquid cooling and process piping systems

• Shop services to clean piping, components, equipment, vessels, and related parts for pre-installation or out-of-place processing

Their team is recognized for delivering consistent, compliant execution in highly regulated environments where cleanliness and surface condition are critical.

Pure Clean also provides passivation and high-velocity flushing, as well as post-installation glycol flushing of liquid cooling piping systems for data center applications. These services support system cleanliness, corrosion control, and reliable startup performance in mission-critical cooling infrastructure.

The addition of Pure Clean enhances Talica’s ability to provide end-to-end high-purity solutions including support to cleaning, flushing, passivation, and ongoing maintenance services.
